Shipping Policy

Australia-wide – Flat rate of $12 for shipping orders under $100 , and all orders over $100 are freight FREE

** Please note: Unfortunately we do not ship overseas at the moment.

If you are outside of Australia , please send us an enquiry and we can calculate air mail for the items you are interested in.

Once your order has been submitted via our website, you will receive confirmation via email. Please provide appropriate contact details as we may need to contact you regarding your order. All orders must be paid for in full before goods are despatched. We accept payment by Credit Card (Stripe), Paypal, and E.F.T

We aim to process and despatch your order promptly.

Depending upon where you reside in Australia, please allow 7 working days for delivery. Our preferred delivery method is by E-Parcels Australia Post. This has a tracking number , email updates, and signature on delivery if requested.

Due to freight costs we usually do not ship goods outside Australia.

All claims for damaged stock or stock shortages must be notified via email within 5 days of receipt of your order delivery. We may ask in some cases to provide photo evidence in relation to damages.

We will happily refund or replace your item if it is damaged in transit , or found defective.

Please note that all sizes/designs quoted are approximate and may vary slightly as all goods are individual and handmade.
